As much as I love that quote (and doing my Mr. T imitation while saying it), I must say the 2 best Rocky quotes ever came from Rocky IV.
The first one by Nicoli Koloff, Drago's spokesperson (and you have to imagine these quotes in an exagerrated Russian accent too): "Normal man punches with 400 pounds of pressure. Drago punches with 1800 pounds of pressure. Whatever he hits, he destroys!"
And Drago, after he basically kills Apollo Creed: "If he dies, he dies".
